On this page you can find
and download the Living Lessons from the Sunday morning worship. I call
them Living Lessons instead of "sermons". Much of the inspiration for
these Living Lessons cones from just that...living. The Holy Spirit
opens my eyes to the usefulness of a particular event in our life of
faith and how the application of that lesson can increase the growth of
our faith. Then through prayer and study, the Living Lesson comes to
life. It is then presented to the church spontaneously as the Spirit
would speak. There are no notes or outlines. I have never seen the need
for such tools. The Holy Spirit seems to be more than capable of
providing all that needs to be said. I usually furnish the church with a
note sheet should they wish to jot something down and you may wish to do
the same. Feel free to drop a note should you hear something that brings
a question or a thought. I will try to further explain or clarify if I
can. If you have a comment to send to me, I look forward to reading it.
These run about 20 minutes or so. If you like, you may download these to
listen as you can. Also feel free to pass these lessons on to others but
please observe the things outlined on the
Copyright page.
It is my and the church's
hope that you enjoy these Living Lessons and they can and will help you
in your walk with Jesus Christ and your growth in that walk...Bill. The first Living Lesson is from June 24, 2007. The text is from Malachi 3:6 and Revelation 1:8. It is titled "He Is The Same In All Circumstances". The next Living Lesson was given on July 15, 2007. The text is from Matthew 16:18, Romans 12:4, and I Corinthians 12:12. The title is "The True Church". |
